A customer in Eastleigh, Southampton, SO50 rang Lock It Security because she needed a locksmith to fix a handle problem on a set of uPVC balcony doors.
When I arrived at the property she passed me the internal broken balcony door handle and said the door had been stiff and got very hard to close/lock.
I serviced and realigned the balcony door, then supplied and fitted a new pair of patio door handles. Now the balcony doors are working properly.
I did point out to the customer that if any doors or windows start to get stiff or hard to close, contact me asap and the chances are that you will save money by not damaging any parts and a simple realignment will sort out the problem.
